По сообщениям СМИ в Москве с 2021 года пересмотрели кадастровую стоимость жилья. Прирост составил 21％. Соответственно возрастут и налоги с владельцев недвижимости. Отмечу, что кроме кадастровой стоимости есть и другой множитель при вычислении налога - процент, который регулярно поднимают. 

Ну и вероятно под'ем кадастровой стоимости окажет психологическое давление на рыночную стоимость жилья в сторону увеличения.
